Catching a Killer
The second target which Joe worked on was a cold case involving the son of a wealthy real estate baron from Beverly Hills, California who murdered his father approximately twenty-years ago. He tied his father to a chair and stabbed him multiple times with a bowie knife, then stuffed his body in the trunk of his car and left it parked at LAX.
Joe has been working this case with Jimmy Sakoda, a retired Los Angeles Police Detective who was the lead detective on the case for many years and it is now a cold case still open in the LA Police files. Jimmy Sakoda is also famous for having been the Supervising Detective responsible for the Asian Crime Task Force for the LA County District, under the office of the District Attorney. As you might imagine, together Jimmy and Joe constitute a formidable team!
They worked the case a year before tracking the murderer to Portland, Oregon where the trail eventually went cold. Their theory was that he picked up on the fact that people were inquiring about him and possibly fled the area before he could be apprehended.
During this current year’s effort, Jimmy found that Joe’s descriptions most closely matched the Vancouver British Columbia area of Canada, so that is where he centered his search. It turned out that many of Joe’s sketches and drawings strongly matched the Richmond neighborhood of that island area. Many of Joe’s drawings matched in nearly perfect detail to the downtown and harbor areas, and even some of the more specific general-use public buildings that the man they were hunting might have used or occupied — such as the interior of the main or downtown public library building. The neighborhood area in which the search finally settled turned out to be so unerringly accurate when compared to Joe’s drawings, Jimmy was able to stake-out a particular duplex building in a specific parking area. But, alas, there was no evidence that the man they were looking for was there. Once again it appears he had eluded them. Joe and Jimmy have sworn to continue their search until they bring their man in.

this may sound a little out there but, here goes
1: could this individual know when you are doing a target on him?? sort of like knowing when an anomaly condition shows up on a certain imaging systems., ie: he senses when you start a session.
2: could you be tracking a energy form that no longer is incarnate and is aware of your attempts to catch it. ie: it is an intelligent, aware and motivated energy.
3: can you use multiple viewers( like you and skip and others) to target in realtime( I do not have the words to say this any better) actionable intelligence to apprehend such individual( incarnate or not)
more ideas to follow, I intend no offense on you or your abilities, these are just thoughts that came into my head as I read your tale

I don’t know if the average person can sense when they are being Remote Viewed or not. I think what RVers are taught is that they are accessing a matrix of information so they believe that Remote Viewing someone is non-invasive.
But, from my experience, it is definitely possible to sense when you are being Remote Viewed. It’s actually a rather odd feeling because the person who is doing the RV is doing it from the future and looking back on you in the past, which is your present. From my experience, if they have something in their mind before they RV, then that part passes back to the past. (Like if they have thoughts in mind before they decide to RV you in the past, those thoughts pass back to the past–which to the person sensing being RVed, it is sensing the future).
I’ve often wondered if its just me who can sense it or if others do. And if so, then what do others sense and is it the same sensation that I feel. Sometimes I try to respond to the person RVing me aloud, if I’m in a situation to do so (not around other people). But I don’t always know if they are picking up on what I’m saying in response.
Perhaps if the murder suspect has some sort of extra sensory abilities, then he might know he has been targeted. But I don’t know what the average person senses or since a murder suspect would most likely be a sociopath, if sociopaths are capable of sensing it.
Joe will probably tell you that RV is non-invasive though. I just disagree from the overwhelming experiences in my life. I’d have to say that the first RV and RI (Remote Influencing) experience I had was when I was 4, sitting at the dinner table and I still remember it clearly. But I’d have to say that the person who RVed me at age 4 that I remember actually hasn’t done it yet in his life, even though I’ve already experienced in mine. He will do it in the future and look back on me at age 4. The man in particular is from Eastern Europe, the RI aspect is that he was attempting to RI what I ate in the past (food-diet) and not in a good way. He was attempting to get me to eat beef, because in his mind he was thinking about “prions.” So I told my mother that I refused to eat beef because it had prions in it. My mother laughed, not understanding the word “prions” and she said there’s no “poison” in the beef. And I argued, “prions.” Only prions hadn’t been discovered yet and they weren’t discovered until about a decade after I was 4.
But I’m still trying to find others who have experienced the same phenomenon with this particular man from Eastern Europe. There’s a second RV/RIer that likes to influence numbers. I’ve found a bunch of people who have experienced him, but he’s American. Others who are aware have different explanations for the same phenomenon. I contend the person is human, from the future, looking at a Lottery print out sheet of winning numbers and trying to RI people in the past not to see specific numbers. Others experiencing the same phenomenon seem to think that it is an angel or a demon or a spirit doing the same thing. But the description of what it feels like is the same. I guess I consider it “time tampering”.
I guess it all depends on perspective. If the person is naturally gifted, then they are likely to sense it. But if a person doesn’t tap into their gifted abilities on a regular basis, then I’m not sure if they sense RV/RI at all.
