    Do you tell anyone?

Filed: Politics, R.V.B.S., Cool Psi Stuff — Joe @ 12:12 pm

The question is, if you get information “psychically or through remote viewing” that might be useful to someone in power, do you tell them?

Of course not! My recommendation would be not to do it, unless you want an FBI case number after your name and a permanent file in their regional data bank where someone will go to it every time something really screwy happens and ask to look at his “nut-balls” listing, to see if anything cross references to you — because that’s exactly where you will end up and that’s exactly what will happen.

You could volunteer your information in some secretive way? Actually, that could prove to be much worse. What if you turn out to be right? If you are correct, then you are automatically suspected as involved and every effort will be made to hunt you down since you did deliver the information secretively. And since they have had to hunt you down, you are now automatically considered a righteous suspect, or at least until you are totally cleared (preferably by alibi.) Take my word for it. Out of any given 100 investigators, and I’m talking hard-core investigators, maybe two would believe you got it in your dreams or psychically in the first place, so you still get the case number and go in the nut-bag file drawer until you’ve solved at least five or six cases.

This is probably something not worth doing unless they come and ask you for it first. This means you must first develop a track record of some significance.

(Ding!) I heard that from the back of the room. “Gee, how do I do that if no one will ever listen to me or use me in the first place?” Great question!

Basically, it’s called sink or swim. You jump in. Ignore everything I just said. If you think you are that good and the information is that good, you pick up a phone and call someone at your local FBI Regional Headquarters and give them your name. You tell them you are a psychic [don’t try and explain remote viewing, they don’t care about it] and you have information you feel is important. Then you give them the information. They take it and put it all in the “Nut-bag File.” If it comes true, they will show up at your door and you will be seriously interviewed and asked where you were and what you were doing when it occurred. I hope you have a great alibi for where you were when it happened.

Now, you keep doing that, until you’ve established a track record that contains more accurate information than inaccurate information, at which point they will then take you out of the “Nut-bag File” and give you a confidential informant number, and may actually accept your phone calls. However, and this is critically important you hear this because I will only say this one time. If you tell anyone you are working for the Government or the FBI, and they find out you said that, you will go permanently into the “Nut-bag File” and they will never speak to you again. The rule is; if you talk about their business, they will have no business to do with you. And that is the same with every law enforcement agency I’ve ever had any knowledge of.

And, there is one louder and more significant word of warning that is even more important when it comes to important people in power and that regards the President of the United States. Never mess with the President unless you are absolutely, 100%, solid-gold positive about your information and can back it up with a track record that is Platinum-clad. The Secret Service is an organization that does not muck about or play games with anyone about anything at all. You do not want to go into their “Nut-bag File.” Once you go in, you do not come out.

There is one other comment I would add here. If this is a game you want to play in, then you can’t be just good at it, you must be very, very good at it. Because there are people in power who play on more than one side of the street and they do so simultaneously. Sometimes they even play on more than one street at a time. If you cannot see that psychically along with the information you are choosing to deliver, you may be playing in a very awkward game and be in for some very uncomfortable surprises.

As many of you know, I can be somewhat humorous when speaking. In the past, I have sometimes referred to remote viewing within the halls of government, the law, or bureaucracies as more like a ‘knife fight in a phone booth’ (then of course everyone titters and laughs.) But, no matter how many laugh whenever I make that statement, I’ve never made it to be funny. It’s absolutely true.

I am so happy that I’ve found your sight! Over the years I have read and re-read your books. They finally filled in the missing pieces of my life and explained a lot about my drawing and painting. From my early 20’s on occasion I would impulsively do a painting or drawing that would happen to me personally or of some event that would eventually transpire. It led to my involvement in many esoteric studies with various groups and gurus, some good, some crazy… Your recent posts have filled in further details, or a least triggered an “Aha, that’s it!” It is clear now that the drawings and paintings are my own subconscious language, and yes, sometimes it sees something… and at other times maybe even attract it like a talisman. To the main point in reference to your latest post… do you tell them? No, I do not! In the last week of August 2001, I impulsively did a small abstract painting of two bird like images being consumed in an inferno. In dreams of that period I saw twisted rubble, bodies, pools of blood, etc… very disturbing yet fascinating. Who do I tell? Who’s going to believe me? Are they going to think I had something to do with it? …I chose to simply put the painting in the rack and forget about it. And then of course 9/11 came and a cold chill shot through me as I looked at the TV and the small painting. I could see it because I am familiar with some of my imaging process. Two years later an interested party bought it. I said nothing about it and made no pyschic claims. Now, I am retired (or am trying to be) and I just draw… and self publish my sketch book journals. I totally agree with other of your recent posts… if you want to know what’s really going on turn off the TV! …you’re simply not going to find it there. Perhaps here, direct one to one communication, emails, and conversations., and an interest in one another as human beings?

Thanks for the point of view from an experienced insider’s perspective. It’s all so true.

Our field suffers interminably from the stigma that’s been attached to it because of the behavior of less-than-stable people over the years. A sad aspect of it is that many people actually ARE accurate a given percentage of the time but, like the rest of us, they can’t state for certain when they are on or off-target. The resust has often been that they run to the authorities - perhaps a bit naively, perhaps just concerned and eager to help - with what they believe to be important information. Then they turn out to be wrong or only marginally correct.

As you said, a documented track record is essential. And this is true even for the local police in most places. Regarding national security issues, it seems to me that there’s a lot going on which the public knows nothing about (or are led to believe are not what they in fact are), events that are allowed to happen (or are not allowed to happen), and a lot of mis-steps that aren’t as much nefarious as they are simply stupid or short-sighted. It takes alot of RVing against a single event to even begin to gain an understanding of all the integral elements.

And when it comes to national and especially international issues, there are so many competing and conflicting interests that it becomes almost impossible to plumb the depths of meaning. As you dig down through the layers, sift through all the quasi-parallel and semi-conflicting agendas…it becomes like a ten-dimensional chess game. It’s very difficult to find the black or white among the thousands of shades of grey. But I guess that pretty well sums up most aspects of life on this planet.

That seems all pretty logical, valid and as per expectation. (at least.. I had thought as much. but then i did consider that i might just be cynical. …Either way.. the requisite level of “really really good” is such that i dont need to lose any sleep over the possibility of “coming out” anytime soon.)

However - taking this line of thought a step further.. It would seem to me that regular online practice in RV on the internet might (probably would) relegate one automatically to the nut-job pile if applying for a job in which a significant background check was performed. Probably anyone checking wouldnt even bother to look through a session to see how nutty the nut-job in question was, but simply write them off immediately..
or is that really a tad too cynical?

Its like.. in order to defend your non nut-job status you are eventually going to have to prove yourself somehow or look for a different kind of job. Or … a third option?..
i suppose theres nothing wrong with printing off a bunch of targets in a cyber cafe and enveloping them to work on privately.. that would be insulated from scrutiny.
(gah… laziness.. the internet is so darn convenient… and then there’d be a zillion envelopes hanging about the place all the time.. and also the thrill of success would be weakened since it would be permanently private, without even a tasker to give one a pat on the head and a dog biscuit. And besides - having developed an internet history.. the idea of insulating and pretending not to view anymore..is kind of pointless anyway)

Thank you for these comments, Joe.

It takes courage to speak the truth these days.

      Hi Joe,
I’ve had a few “experiences” in my life and one in particular was an OBE that was verified. Well, verified by me and the person(s) I was thinking of while doing this. It was very strange becuase I thinking about this particular person intently and was immediatly transported to a location about 10 miles away and saw and heard EVERYTHING in full color. I also picked up some emotions / reasons for the actions that were taking place.
After this experience I told the person I was initially thinking about and emotionally involved with, about my experience. Actually, I confronted that person with some questions which left them speechless concerning their actions that I just questioned them about. This caused and extremely negative reaction in them and they accused me of having a spy present, etc. The point here is that I did see everything in full color and seemed to pickup on some intentions there from more than one person. I was not level with them but above them, looking down. Is that normal? Full color and feeling intententions are normal? Sudden and shockingly immediate transportation to a distant location?
Also, have you have you reported sudden/spontaneous OBE’s to others ( besides the DR’s in Germany ) and what was thier reaction? Sorry if I’ve gone way too far off topic. I’ve been itching to write my experiences down and delve into these things more lately and decided I’d start here. Thanks for your time!

I agree with you. I made this mistake with one of my colleagues who was just as open-minded as I was. I thought discerned something in his past that was not so…clean…which karmically, brought him back to this life again. I do believe I might have over- interpreted some of the facts, but I was right for about half of it. I thought by telling him his past and what to do about it would help, but it only proceeded to freak him out. So I went back and told him a half truth explaining I was wrong aboutsome of the things I saw. But most of it still felt right. I hated to have to lie to cover up the truth to make him feel better. So I vowed to do a better job about digging in people’s back yard.

Sometimes…people just don’t want to know.

    7. 46L353E Says:

What a wicked time it must have been doing psychic research sponsored by the military and, at the same time, ridiculed by the military. Talk about a knife fight in a phone booth. That “giggle” factor must have been one nervous little giggle at times.

Of course, it stands to reason that even if the military says that Stargate ended in the mid-nineties, there is no way-given the information the research uncovered- that the military or seriously funded police organizations are going to totally disregard information from a quality psychic source. In fact, there really can be no way that the military research and actual tergeting does not continue to this day, maybe as a black ops program buried deep in the military industrial complex.

I think that if in the process of remote viewing I became aware of something that might be of interest to the policing powers, I’d have to go one step further and serious assess my need to disclose such a finding. Would it be merely to serve my ego? Would I get so excited by the discovery that I might carelessly overlook additional information that might tie the data to a different event altogether in a different time or place? Good Lord, what if somebody (read “somebody’s spouse or parent) died because of how I (mis-) handled information! Sure wouldn’t want to live with that! I think my caution level would be so high because of shortcomings in myself as a human being that I’d rather simply sit back and see how things play out without me opening my big mouth. Over time, one often learns much of what one needs to know by merely keeping the radar up.

Even if I had a platinum-clad, well-documented track record, every bit of info I gleaned by RVdo would have to come with every caveat I could muster. The universe is a dynamic place. What is true at noon may be false by midnight.

About a few years back I started having strange dreams.. I grew up in Indiana, where religion was just part of life… Somehow I managed to move to Northern California, and ending up reading about remote viewing. I ate up every book on the subject, and have re-read yours at least 10 times in the last two years. It’s so frustrating to feel like I FINALLY know things, universal conciousness, and the way things might be, I try to tell people, but they always think its just some “Psychic” Joke. I’ve probably spent a total of 30 solid hours remote viewing, but I can feel it, my eyes are open, I’m actually very good at it, which scares me. But there are other things, It’s like everything around me is alive… I don’t know how to explain it, you opened my eyes… But where can I go from here? I want to do something with my gift! Groups? Teaching? Stanford? What should I do?

Also please comment on North Korea, and if you have any suggestions about pre-paring for upcoming world events… I’ve very excited that my favorite remote viewer is talking to the world.

It’s alway felt like the remote viewers were impossible to reach….

I know I sound like a crazed “fan” lol, but if you and your wife ever want to vacation to Northern California (Santa Clara) or up this way, I’ll pay for your entire trip, just for the privilege of having a lunch chat with you…

      Respectfully.

I think that was an important warning about people in power playing on both sides of the street simultaneously and even on different streets. Sometimes even people without that much power may find themselves doing this, I think, not as some kind of master plan, but just trying to survive–trying to swim and not sink.

    10. HR Says:

      Hi Joe!

Read all your books, and I re-read them, of course.
Here’s another take on what you said here.

There is a way to expose information that you obtain through remote viewing and other psi type sources, although it is less direct–and you might not get “credit”.

You can integrate the info into art works–fiction, music lyrics, paintings…basically what can happen is that at least you are putting it in some form that can either be referred to when history unfolds, or may draw attention and evaluation without so much onus being placed on the…artist/viewer.

The down side (sometimes) is that this may be an excuse to forsake proper rigor in your own evaluation of your perceptions–as you have rightly pointed out many times.

It is, however, one avenue of approach that is probably a cut above simply sitting on the info.

I suspect that many great works of art actually encapsulate this…ingredient.

This may have been an…extrasomatic/social movement/process…all along.

Looking forward to hearing you again on the Coast to Coast show.

I’ve never commented on this subject and, although I realize that my username will appear, I will try to remain as anonymous as possible for the obvious reasons.

I can not emphasize how important your comments are on keeping your “abilities” to yourself. I have always done so, and will continue to do so for all the reasons you mentioned. The question then arises as to how do you make use of them for what you feel is appropriate. It is now easier than it use to be. When I become “aware” of some information, I turn to the internet and it’s search engines to find collaborative evidence. It’s often quite easy if you already know what you are looking for. Then when I need to alert others, I point to the inferences on the internet, rather than the currently misunderstood way by which I obtained the information in the first place. I tell you this because there may be others who read your blog and don’t know how to go about benefiting others with what they know.

As an aside, I really had a good laugh when I read about your Star Gate experiences. I was part of the scientific team that was recruited in the 1970s by the agencies you mentioned. Those that don’t believe that the project ever existed should talk to my wife who was visited by the CIA and given instructions on what to do if I ever disappeared while on assignment.

I would imagine that there is a really long list of nut-balls who think they’re psychic or remote viewers already. Not excluding myself of course. It’s interesting recalling certain events in my life and qualifying them as authentic delusions and illusions. The training you speak of if I had ever been taught in my younger years was probably wasted on me. I have to ask about how they can trust any information that involves something as important as the current war in Iraq.Had they even bothered to contact or use any Remote Viewers before going into this war? Was stopping or getting inbetween Iran and it’s possible middle eastern plans just stalling the inevitable? Is it possible to remote view alternate realities based on whether or not to release information to them?Or is this asking too much of remote viewing? It has been said by one remote viewer that it is not an exact science. Is this because of constant interference with the future? I had heard once or twice that all seers are not all sayers. Is the government looking for the “One” who would be able to tell them everything in detail? Or is this a fantasy or delusion itself? Would this person be a remote viewer or a prophet? Thanks

      hi joe,

it would be nice if one had way to tell if some one was telling the truth, but we don’t . so the next best thing would be to have some place to put all the facts (story’s ect…) like a R & D ESP lab, where the FBI & CIA & other’s could go to get full story. if we could get then to help pay us to put the facts in their proper order.

      Joe,
I’m thankful I found your site. I totally agree with what you’re saying. I have submitted info to the CIA and it has come out in the media as things they have been able to use but they do not want to acknowledge me. I stopped giving info so I’m sure I’m on that list of “Crazies”. However, my info is so accurate and so necessary I wish I did have someone I could work with. I know I should continue to give them info because it is detrimental to my country but I want to be involved in some manner with some type of feed back. Any suggestions would be helpful.
      Thanks

Uh oh…I must be in the nut bag all ready….you do have quite a sense of humor Joe but I do hear your message.

    18. DA Says:

      Hi,

I have yet to read Joe’s books, promise one day I will.

I have been involved in two cases with missing people. I didn’t go to the police for either, but one of them involved the daughter and she went. In each, I got almost 100% hits, describing attackers, landscapes (including trees, debris, creeks, etc) and locations of victim and evidence. Both were in the US and as I am overseas and have never been to the US, so I didn’t have the problem of being located and accused.

As I don’t know much about RV yet, I don’t know what you would call my experiences. I don’t feel like its some kind of OBE, because its like one part of my mind is in my room, while the other part is standing in the driveway or living room or creek, etc, of the place I want to be. I can sense wind, shade, temperature and the images are clear and detailed, although they fade in and out at times. Sometimes I can move around, sometimes I can only see what is in front of me, I can’t turn my head. Sometimes its like a movie, sometimes like still pictures.

My current problem is that I have information on a murder but it is almost all landscape information and this one is closer to home. The woman’s spirit use to beg me for help initially but I wouldn’t go to the police. Now she has moved on but I have been left with a sense of guilt. She was the one who opened my eyes up to what I was able to do - knew I could do for years only didn’t want to acknowledge it, was afraid of it. I owe her.

I have recently thought of using dowsing to get a sense of location, I have an idea, just not sure. I tried dowsing as a child and I was able to do it effortlessly to locate energy lines. Perhaps I could use it now, although I don’t know if one can use it this way. What if I do use it with success, its mountainous region, the police are going to want to know how and why I was there. Even if I do it secretly, I can’t get there without leaving traces, ie, tyre tracks, etc, as its a dirt/off road.

Joe, I understand you have had a hard time with the authorities, but could you tell us what we can do, instead of what we can’t, ought to be terrified of, shouldn’t, wouldn’t, etc. You must know of people along your journey who are in authority who are sympathetic. Ways of getting the info across to the right people without being found out?

      My best wishes to all,

      DA

as for the question above i think if you always follow or seek to follow the most ethical path it should be the right one…but its difficult when theres so much scepticism isnt it?
